Eric Day brings a wealth of expertise in tax law and compliance to his clients. His extensive background includes serving as a tax compliance officer, legal extern, and auditor for the Internal Revenue Service, equipping him with a deep understanding of the complexities of tax regulations and enforcement. Eric’s academic credentials further underscore his dedication to mastering the intricacies of tax law. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Idaho School of Law and an advanced Master of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation from Loyola Law School.
With his unique combination of legal and tax expertise, Eric is well-positioned to guide individuals and businesses through even the most challenging tax issues. Steven L. Day
Litigation Attorney
Steven Day has been helping clients set up corporations and LLCs for over 30 years. Steve has degrees in Finance and Marketing as well as an MBA from the University of Utah. Steve received his Juris Doctorate also from the University of Utah in 1988. Steve is admitted to practice in all Nevada State Courts, the United States District Court, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Steve is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court.
Steve has been a regular lecturer for the National Business Institute, the Western States Utilities Association, the Nevada State Bar, and the University of Nevada Las Vegas Boyd School of Law. Steve was an instructor for the University of Phoenix’s MBA program teaching advanced finance. Steve also taught small business management courses for LDS Business College. Steve has worked as a business consultant for the state of Utah assisting small businesses in organizing their companies and obtaining business loans.
